SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY​

UK ORDERS

Standard UK Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be processed and dispatched the same day. Standard UK deliveries take approx. 2-3 working days.

 

UK NEXT DAY DELIVERY 

Orders placed before 14:00 Monday to Thursday will be delivered the next day. Orders placed after 14:00 on Thursday will be delivered on Monday. 

 

EU SHIPPING

All EU orders placed before 2pm (GMT) Monday to Friday will be processed and dispatched the same day. European deliveries are completed within 6-8 working days. Please note: Fresh Ballerz Apparel have no control over any delays caused by Customs, should delays arise due to this, Fresh Ballerz Apparel are not responsible.

 

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

All International orders placed before 2pm (GMT) Monday to Friday will be processed and dispatched the same day. International delivery times vary depending upon destination, however, delivery is usually complete within 10-12 working days. Please note: Fresh Ballerz Apparel have no control over any delays caused by customs, should delays arise due to this, Fresh Ballerz Apparel are not responsible.

RETURNS POLICY​

DAMAGED OR DEFECTED

In the event that the product is faulty or defective for whatever reason, please email [ mail@freshballerz.com ] with your name, order number and a detailed explanation of the defect, and where possible, please provide a digital photograph to help us process your query quickly. We will then reply to you as soon as we can and will tell you what to do next. Do not send the product back before we have authorised you to do so.

INCORRECT ITEM

If you have received an incorrect item, please ensure you return the goods in their original condition within 14 days of them arriving with you. The returned goods are your responsibility until they are delivered to our returns department. For your protection, we recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning. Upon satisfactory receipt of the returned product and confirmation that the item shipped was incorrect, we will refund your postage and either arrange for a replacement to be sent to you or we will refund you the cost of the product.

RETURN FORM 

Products Returned For Exchange

Any unwanted items must be returned at the customers expense to our office within 14 working days of receiving the delivery. All returned items must be returned with their original packaging, and with the returns slip filled out. The return slip can be downloaded and printed off here.

We aim to dispatch exchanged products within 2-3 working days of receiving the item/s back in store. A confirmation email will be sent once the item arrives back in store.  If we require additional funds for the exchange, a notification email and phone call will be made.

UK Mainland exchanges will be sent free of charge (up to kg). Exclusion may apply.

Overseas exchanges will be charged shipping fees, which will be calculated based on item size, weight and delivery destination.

 

Products Returned For Refund

Any unwanted items must be returned at the customers expense to our office within 14 working days of receiving the delivery. All returned items must be returned with their original packaging, and with the returns slip filled out. The return slip can be downloaded and printed off here.

Products returned outside of the 14 days returns period may not be refunded, and used as credit towards and exchange or future order.

Please allow up to 10 working days for refunds to show back in your account.
